Secure Ordering

Reich Paper Store is a secure site, so all personal information collected during the ordering process (name, address, credit card number) is encrypted and sent via a secured link.

When you place an order through our store, only your billing and shipping address will automatically be saved in our database. In subsequent visits, when you type in your e-mail address, state & zip code on the checkout page, those addresses will automatically appear in the appropriate fields; should you modify either address, that updated information will then appear the next time you check out. Reich Paper Store does not share your information with any other parties.

How to Order

When browsing our products, please bear in mind that colors as they appear on your screen can only approximate the actual color, and should not be considered accurate in all cases. If you would like to request a sample, please contact us.

Payment: We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is charged for shipments to NY State only.

Back Orders/Out of Stock: If any of the items you order are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail, and ship those items that are available in the meantime.

Order Turnaround: Orders placed Monday - Friday by 2 PM (eastern time) are generally processed the same day, pending credit card approval. However, in some cases, orders to be shipped via regular ground service may not ship until the next business day.
Overnight and other expedited orders must be placed by 2 PM in order to ship the same day.

Please note that incorrect or incomplete credit card or shipping information may delay your order. If you order is time sensitive, please select an expedited delivery option, as regular ground service is not guaranteed to arrive within a set timeframe.

Order Confirmation: Once you have placed your order, an acknowledgement will appear on your screen, and you will also receive a confirming e-mail.

International Orders: We regret that Reich Paper Store cannot fulfill orders shipping to addresses outside of the United States and Canada. Our sales are limited to North America only.

Shipping Address: We must have a street address to fulfill your order; orders cannot ship to p.o. boxes.

Shipping Charges: Based on the total weight of your order and the delivery service you select, shipping charges are calculated prior to checkout, when you enter your e-mail and shipping information. Should you then add more items to your bag, the additional shipping charges will be displayed and updated once you click on "recalculate."

Standard Ground Delivery: Ground delivery times vary. While most shipments within the continental US should arrive within 5 business days, bear in mind that orders shipped via ground service are not guaranteed to arrive within a set timeframe. Ground delivery service may not be available to all shipping addresses; if this is the case, other applicable delivery options will appear.

Overnight and other Expedited Delivery: All expedited orders (next-day, 2-day, etc.) must be received by 2 PM eastern time; orders received after 2 PM will not ship until the following business day.

Return Policy

We accept returns on all Reich Paper Store items, provided that the products are returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original date of order.

Please contact us by phone or e-mail to arrange for a return, and we will provide you with a return shipping address and other instructions.

Once you have notified us, please carefully pack items for return in the original shipping carton or other sturdy packaging. Be sure to include a copy of the original invoice, as well as the credit card account number originally charged. Once we receive the package in good condition, we will credit your card for the cost of the merchandise.

Please note that shipping charges cannot be reimbursed, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest that you ship the package via some traceable or insured service, as we cannot reimburse you for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
